1. What are the maximum dimension / size I can order for 3D printing?
The maximum size for a single 3D printed object is 256 mm x 256 mm x 256 mm. However, larger designs can be printed in separate pieces and assembled afterward!
2. What type of filament materials do you have readily available for printing?
Currently we offer high-quality PLA filament (Matte, Pro, Basic, Silk), with PETG and TPU coming soon! Check it out here -> FILAMENTS
3. How long does the 3D printing take?
Most prints are done the same day, but more complex designs can take up to 5 days.
4. How does MAKE-IT LABS deliver 3D prints to customers?
Currently, we only deliver within UNITEN — and it’s completely free across campus! From UPTEN to the Library, we’ve got you covered!
5. Do you offer assistance with fixing or preparing 3D models before printing?
Yes, we offer model repair services for a small processing fee to help get your design print-ready, subject to availability.
6. What 3D printer do you use to print the 3D models?
We use the Bambu Labs A1 3D printer with AMS lite.
7. What are the available methods for making a payment?
We currently accept payments via Cash, Touch n Go e-wallet, and DuitNow QR. Once you place your order, we’ll send you the payment details, and we’ll start printing as soon as we receive your payment!
8. How can I place a bulk order for larger quantities?
Just reach out to us! We offer up to 40% off on bulk orders, perfect for clubs, events, souvenirs, and more!
9. I noticed the color I want isn’t listed on your site. Is there any way to still get it?
Although we may not have all colors readily available, we are happy to order the filament color of your choice and print it for you (*Subject to a minimum printing order of 150g or depending on the situation). Please be aware that this may extend the processing time for your order. Simply contact us and let us know your preferences!
